"One village one college student training plan" aims to cultivate technology and management talent for vast rural areas,which can make up for the lack of occupation education in quality education.Its prominent characteristic is using modern distance education mode.Based on analysis on the characteristics of modern distance education and the learner characteristic,the article puts forward that the modern distance education can be adapted to "one village one college student training plan".Through the analysis on the learning time,learning resources,learning environment,learning style and learning evaluation,it showed that "one village one college student training plan" is adapted to the distance education training mode.
