| 摘 要： | 以古希腊城邦民主为起点，民主及其实现形式就一直在不断的变化之中。不同的民主理论都将自己的民主及其实现形式当作民主本身而贬低或指责对方。民主实现形式在沿着各自的方向发展的过程中相互竞争、相互对立。因此从对民主及其实现形式进行区分比较。对于巩固社会主义民主的合法性，扩大共产党执政基础具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | From the city democracy of the old Greece,the democray and its practical forms have been changing.Each side regards its practical form of democracy as democracy itself and they belittle or criticize each other.Practical forms of democracy compete with and antagonize each other in the course of the development of each practical form in its direction.So we should differentiate democracy and its practical form in order to help us strengthen the legitimacy of socialism democracy and expand the basis of power of the cmnmunist party. |
