论我国农村社会公正氛围的塑造

社会公正是社会主义的本质要求,也是构建和谐社会的基本诉求,在社会公正的建设过程中,九亿农民是不可忽略的重要群体.因此,必须有针对性地采取措施,营造农村社会公正氛围,如协调农民之间的贫富差距、加强基层政权建设、营造扬善抑恶的舆论环境、打击农村黑恶势力、塑造农民的公正意识等,为农民的发展提供良好的内部环境.

On Shaping Atmosphere of Social Justice in China's Rural Areas

Social justice is not only the essence of socialism, but also the basic demands of building up a harmonious society,and the 900 million farmers are the major groups that should not be overlooked in the course of construction social justice.Therefore,we must take targeted measures to create the atmosphere of social justice in the rural areas,such as coordinating the gap between rich and poor farmers,strengthening the building of grassroot political power to create and promote the good and eliminate the evil environment of public opinion,resolutely combating with the evil forces in rural areas,molding the farmers' justice awareness to provide good internal environment for the development of farmers.
