| 摘 要： | 开放经济条件下,我国高校学生工作由传统教育模式向学生素质全面发展教育转变。学生事务管理与学术事务管理共同成为学生素质全面发展教育的车之两轮。我国高校学生工作管理体系专业化建构的基本思路:即宏观层面上的专门化、组织结构扁平化和执行体系垂直化的运作机制,采用服务型学生工作运行模式,并实行准市场化运作方式。

| Abstract: | In the condition of open economy,college student management has been transformed from the traditional model of education to a model of developing students' overall qualities.Student affair management and academic affair management have become the two wheels of the cart of education for the overall development of student qualities.The basic consideration of establishing a specialized operation mechanism for student affair management in institutions of higher learning consists the specialization at the macro level,the flattened organization structure and the vertical operation system with the adoption of a service model of operation in the work of student affairs and the practice of a quasi-market operation mode. |
