摘    要:从改革开放至20世纪末,我国高校教师队伍建设策略不断优化。国家采取多项措施加强高校教师学术能力建设,建立考核制度和教师资格制度,提高入职标准,实施教师聘任制,加强师德建设及改善教师福利,极大地促进了高校教师专业发展。

Abstract:Till the late 20th century , the constructive strategy to university teachers has been optimized continually. The government has taken various measures to improve the academic capacities of university teachers, such as: to establish check - up and Teacher's Certification Systems, to improve the entry - duty standards, to implement teacher appointment system, to strengthen teachers'ethics eoustruction and rais teachers'welfare etc.. Thus, it makes excessively the promotion to the professional development of the university teachers.
