职业院校“情境——达标”式实训教学模式研究

摘    要:经济发展,需要职业教育规模发展,更需要其办学质量提高,而质量的评判需“社会化定位”。要克服职业院校“高分低能”、“高证低能”的现象,必须提高实训教学质量。以“三化”为主要内容的实训教学模式,抓住培养学生职业素质和能力的主线,通过在整个教学过程中创设职业情境的方式,达到真正提高实训教学质量的目的。

Abstract:With economic developments there should be a development of occupational education on a certain scale, and what's more, an upgrade of quality in running schools. And the judgment on quality needs a "Socialized orientation". It is requisite to improve the teaching quality in actual situations so as to avoid disadvantages of "high scores but poor abilities" and "high certificates but poor abilities" in vocational schools. The teaching model of actual occupational situations is good at grasping the main thread of training students'vocational qualities and capabilities, thus reaching the goal of improving teaching quality.
