| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会是党的十六大确定的社会发展目标，这一时期的体育称作小康体育。本文对小康体育与全民健身、学校体育的关系进行了探讨，论述了在新形势下，全民健身和学校体育在全面步入小康体育阶段中应发挥的作用。
