| 摘 要： | 警察权力属于行政权的一种,社会活力的增强、社会的转型必然要求警察权力的扩大,但是警察的权力必须在法律规定的范围内行使。本文试图从警察权力的性质和对警察权力控制的必要性入手,阐述如何对警察权力的行使进行法律的控制,从而保证警察权力行使的正确性、合法性和有效性。

| Abstract: | Policemen power is one of the administration authorities,strengthening of social vigor and social transition necessarily demand for enlarging of policemen power,but policemen power must be exer- cised within legal rules.The paper,from the perspective of the properties and necessity of control of po- licemen power,tries to expound how to control policemen power in terms of law to guarantee the exact- ness,legitimacy and availability of policemen exercise power. |
