高职教育《酒店管理》专业课程考核方式改革的探索与思考

目前,高职教育教学改革在多方面已取得大量的成果,但多数高职院校在课程考核方式方面,仍然沿用传统教育的方式,不利于教学改革的进一步推进。柳州职业技术学院为适应高职教育教学改革的需要,在建立以能力考核为核心的教学考核评估制度,改革课程考核方式方面取得了一定的成果。本文以《酒店管理》专业为例,通过分析传统考核方式的不足,提出新的课程考核的指导思想和基本原则,并介绍了该专业在考核方式改革方面所进行的探索和思考。

An Investigation into Reform of the Evaluation Methods of "Hotel Management" Curriculum

At present,the Vocational Education reform has made a great achievement in many ways,but regretfully the traditional educational approach is still applied into the course evaluation in the majority of higher vocational institutions,which is not conducive to further promote the reform of the teaching.In order to adapt to the needs of vocational education reform,Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College has made certain achievements in establishing core competency assessment for the assessment of teaching evaluation system and reforming the curriculum evaluation methods.This paper,taking "hotel management" major as an example to analyze the shortcomings of traditional appraisal methods,puts forward the new curriculum and the examination of the basic principles guiding ideology,and introduces the professional manner in the examination conducted by the reform of the exploration and reflection.
