实现区域与学生的共同发展——以日本大学志愿者教育为核心的考察

实现区域与学生共同发展的志愿者教育,在大学社会服务意识日趋增强的语境下受到全球高等教育界的关注。在此背景下,日本的大学志愿者教育迅速发展。笔者在梳理日本志愿者教育现实的基础上,分析了日本志愿者教育的理论依据和实践情况,以立命馆大学的全校型志愿者教育为考察核心,总结了日本大学志愿者教育的生成及实践路线,为完善我国高等教育社会服务功能提供借鉴。

For the Development of Community and Students---Focus on the Volunteer Education in the Universities of Japan

In the context of the community service for the university , the volunteer education is popular by the whole world.In Japan, the same situation appeared .In this article, based on the reality of the development of vol-unteer education in Japanese universities , it is the theory and practice of volunteer education those are focus on .As an example the volunteer education of Ritsumeikan University will be research .The model of the volunteer educa-tion for Japanese university will be summarized .
