| 摘 要： | 中国现阶段步入一个社会矛盾的凸显期,如何认识、定位和处理社会矛盾,直接关系到社会的和谐稳定。社会矛盾吸纳机制要求根据社会矛盾的多样性和特殊性,针对不同的社会矛盾采取不同的应对策略,它包括容纳、转换和释放三个层次的基本内涵。它的功能作用在于:降低处理社会矛盾的成本;避免社会矛盾的演化和升级;抑制负功能,发挥正功能;释放社会能量,消解社会矛盾;激发社会活力,促进社会协作。从实际来看,中国现阶段已具备构建社会矛盾吸纳机制的理念基础和现实条件。本文就如何构建中国现阶段的社会矛盾吸纳机制提出了一些对策建议。
