| 摘 要： | 刑法国际化是指不同国家的刑法在发展过程中相互吸收、彼此渗透，共同前进的趋势。这一趋势有政治、经济、文化等方面的原因。并且刑法国际化的趋势在我国现行刑法中已有所体现。
