农村法律援助问题研究

随着社会的不断发展,城镇化建设不断推进,当前农村正处于一个社会变革和经济转型的关键时期,许多不可避免的矛盾逐渐显现出来。这促使农村中法治供给与法治需求的矛盾日益加剧。以此为背景从公平正义、和谐社会、依法治国等角度论述法律援助在农村中的重要性并提出法律援助存在的诸如"无法可依"、法律援助资源缺乏等一系列问题,并在这些问题的基础上提出了可行性的意见与对策。

On Problems of Legal Assistance in Rural Area in China

With the development of urbanization , rural area has been in a critical period of social change and economic transfor -mation, when many of the inevitable contradictions gradually emerge .This has prompted the contradiction between supply and de-mand of the rule by law in rural area .From this background , this article discusses the importance of legal assistance in rural area from the perspective of justice , harmonious society , the rule by law and so on .It also poses many problems in legal assistance work such as no available law , the lack of legal assistance resources , and so on, and many feasible advice and countermeasures are put forward on this basis .
