摘    要:教学质量问题一直是高校关注的焦点,教师是提高教学质量的核心力量,其质量直接影响教学质量。尤其是研究型大学教师的质量问题,更是高校管理者关注的重,董。试从研究型大学教师应具备素质出发,分析目前研究型大学教师质量的现状,并探讨提升教师质量的对策。

Abstract:The quality of education has been the focus for colleges and universities recently.It is clear that the teachers are the core of the quality of education.This paper analyzes the current situation of teachers who are working in the research-oriented university proceeding from the qualities of the university teachers.The paper put forward some suggestion to improve the quality of teachers in research-oriented universities.
