| Abstract: | The quality of education has been the focus for colleges and universities recently.It is clear that the teachers are the core of the quality of education.This paper analyzes the current situation of teachers who are working in the research-oriented university proceeding from the qualities of the university teachers.The paper put forward some suggestion to improve the quality of teachers in research-oriented universities. |
