| 摘 要： | 法学教育承载着培养追求正义、知法懂法、忠于法律、廉洁自律的＂法律人＂的职责。案例教学法是实现法学教育的目标,造就时代迫切需求的富有正义感的法学人才所必须的选择,编写相对应的案例教学指导书、选择经典案例是提高法学教育质量的前提,教师始终是案例教学的组织者和引导者。

| Abstract: | Legal education is to train ＂legal professionals＂ al to law, as well as upholding honsety and self-discipline. Case committed to justice, teaching well-versed in and loyis a must for attaining the objective of legal education and for training legal professionals equipped with a sense of justice and tailored to the needs of the age. The writing of relevant instruction books and the selection of typical cases are the prequisite for improving the quality of legal education, while teachers are always the organizer and guide of case teaching. |
