| 摘 要： | 诊所式法学教学方法自20世纪60年代在美国兴起以来,以它不同于传统法学教育的优势迅速风靡全球。在我国当前法学教育实践教学环节严重缺失的情况下,引进诊所式教学法势在必行。试点学校的经验为推广该教学法奠定了基础,但具体实施中仍然应当细致考虑组织教学、建立合适的评价机制、有效解决资金与教师双重紧张的困难,走与社会有关方面合作的道路。

| Abstract: | Clinical legal education was created in the U.S. It was extend all over the world because of its superiority .The current mode of legal education in China focuses on teaching students the basic legal theory and knowledge while ignoring the cultivation of the students practical ability.It is urgent for us to reform the teaching methods and extend the clinical legal education.At the same time,We should think the difficult and all kinds of problems out. |
