国外城市管理实践对我国的启示

我国城镇化发展速度急剧加快,城市管理显得尤为重要。本文分别从法国的执法之严,德国城市设计缜密,伊朗提升社会服务水平,加拿大以人为本的城市管理理念为出发点,分析了国外城市管理的成功经验,在此基础上,充分考虑我国城市自身的发展水平,重点对健全社会保障体系、完善城市管理体系、提高公众与社会组织的参与力度、提升科技支撑水平、创新城市管理模式五方面提出建设性建议,以供政府管理部门参考。

The Enlightenment of Urban Management Practices Abroad to Our Country

Urbanization accelerates sharply in our country, urban management is particularly important. This thesis starts from the strict law in France, meticulous urban design in Germany, high level of social service in Iran and people-oriented concept of urban management in Canada, analyzes the successful expe- rience of foreign urban management. And on this basis, the thesis gives full consideration to the develop- ment level in our country, puts forward constructive suggestions to improve the social security system, im- prove the urban management system, improve the participation of public and social organization, enhance the level of science and technology support, innovate city management, gives reference for government management department.
