| 摘 要： | 高职教育以培养高素质技能型人才为目标,要求培养策略必须遵循学生的心理发展规律,契合他们的个性形成特征。职业个性心理是高职学生心理结构的重要组成部分,包括不同的侧面,且各个侧面都依发展水平的高低呈现出不同的层次。职业教育就是促进职业个性心理各个要素从低到高提高层次的过程。
