材料成型及控制工程专业“导入式”生产实习的探索与思考

基于华中科技大学材料成型与控制工程专业近年来开展本科生生产实习工作获得的经验,提出了基于目标导向、需求导向、问题导向的"导入式"生产实习模式,以感染激励、榜样激励、召唤激励的方式探索实施,通过保持感染热度、感佩浓度、感召力度,确保短暂的实习能够有实效、见长效。"导入式"生产实习模式可为工科专业生产实习工作的开展提供一定的借鉴。

Introduction Production Practice Teaching Method used in Materials Processing and Control

Based on the experience accumulated during the production practice in materials processing and control organized by Huazhong University of Science and Technology,a goal-oriented,demand-oriented,and problem-oriented induction practice teaching method has been proposed.The introduction practice teaching is conducted by emotion motivation,example motivation and demand motivation.Inspiration,admiration and charisma should be maintained throughout the production practice process to make sure the long-term effectiveness.The proposed introduction teaching method provides references for the production practice teaching in higher education of engineering.
