摘    要:秦巴山区中小学校本培训相对滞后,发展不平衡,农村中小学是薄弱环节;教师对校本培训的认知态度比较理性,培训内容、方式与教师的认同倾向还有较大差距。因此,校本培训应从提高思想认识入手,以农村学校为重点,以制度建设为基础,以学校发展和教师专业成长为价值取向,充分发挥教育行政部门的主导作用和校长第一责任人作用,完善运行管理机制和相关配套政策,改革培训内容和方式,切实加强中小学校本培训。
