浅析档案袋评价法在幼儿园教育中存在的问题及对策

档案袋评价法作为一种新的教育评价方法，运用到我国幼儿园教育中存在以下一些问题，如加重教师负担；档案袋所搜集的内容可信度不高；对幼儿作品的搜集和选择存在盲目性；对档案袋中收集的幼儿作品缺少必要的说明；幼儿的参与度不够等。对此，我们给幼儿园以及幼儿园教师提出了一些可行性建议，使档案袋评价法能有效促进幼儿全面发展。

Brief Analysis of the Problems and Countermeasures of Portfolio Assessment in Kindergarten Education

As a new educational evaluation method,portfolio assessment has been followed with problems when it is applied to kindergarten education,including the aggravation of teachers＆#39; burden,the low credibility of the collected con-tents,blindness of collection and selection of kids＆#39; works,the lack of necessary explanation of the collected kid＆#39;s work, and the not enough participation of kids. Therefore,to make the file cover evaluation promote children＆#39;s all - round devel-opment effectively,this paper provides some feasible suggestions for kindergartens and kindergarten teachers.
