步距角细分计算机控制系统的研制

摘    要:步进电机因其快速启停、精确步进、直接接受数字量等优点,在数控系统中得到广泛应用.在电机控制中,存在步距角较大及低速震动等问题,有必要对其进行步距角细分.选用恒频脉冲调宽细分驱动的方法,可使步进电机作为某些进给机构的驱动元件,完成微量进给的机构加工.

Abstract:Stepper motors are used widely in numeral control system with the characteristics of high speed starting and stopping, accurate stepping, directly receiving numeral quantity. But, in control there are still such problems as bigger stepper angles, and low - speed vibration. It is necessary to divide accurately stepper angles. By employing constant -frequency - pulse - widening - dividing - accurately - driving technology, operators can make stepper motors, as the driving parts of some adding mechanisms, accomplish the work of adding - trace mechanisms.
