摘    要:近年来,学习共同体的研究受到越来越多的关注,人们在学习共同体的概念、特征、因素、构建等理论研究上取得了不少的成就,但学习共同体概念界定存在着模糊不清、理论基础薄弱以及实践研究不足等问题。今后的研究应进一步厘清学习共同体概念,夯实理论基础,加强学习共同体的行动研究。

Abstract:Recently there have been increasing interests in the studies of learning community.Great achievements have been gained in the theoretical studies in this area,mainly on defining the concept,identifying the characteristics and basic elements,and constructing the theories of learning community.However,there still exist some problems,such as ambiguous definition of the concept,weak theoretical foundation,and limited amount of practical research.It is necessary to clarify the concept of learning community,reinforce the theoretical foundation as well as strengthen the action research to further promote learning community studies.
