| 摘 要： | 近年来，高校教师人力资源逐渐年轻化，随之也出现了青年教师职业理想错位、人力资源流失等问题。培养和提高青年教师职业生涯管理的能力可以有效地促进青年教师的成长与发展，同时也有利于高校师资队伍的建设。通过对高校青年教师职业生涯管理现状的调查与分析，提出了促进高校青年教师有效职业生涯管理的策略思考。

| Abstract: | With the getting younger and younger of college man--power resources, there were appeared college young teachers＇ dislocation of career aspirations and loss of man--power resources. The college young teachers＇ growth and development were affected by their career management improvement, meanwhile, it could help construction of college teacher procession. This study presented some strategies to effective career management through investigation and analysis of college young teachers＇ career management state. |
