中国诊所法律教育本土化面临的问题及对策

中国诊所法律教育在本土化进程中逐步形成了自己的一些特点,但仍然面临着不少困难和问题,归纳起来主要有以下六个方面：师资问题、学生办案身份问题、资金问题、案源问题、教学目标的定位问题以及与传统实践课程的关系问题。如果不能加以合理解决,将限制和阻碍中国诊所法律教育的可持续发展和中国法学教育的改革进程,文章试图对这些问题加以分析并提出相应的对策。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Localization of Clinical Legal Education in China

China＇s clinical legal education has developed its own characteristics during the its localization,but there are also some obstacles and problems,which can be summarized in the six following aspects ： eligible teachers,the identity of the students handling a case,funds,case resources,teaching objective of clinical legal education and the relationship between clinical legal education and other tradional practice courses.If those problems cannot be properly solved,it will restrict and hinder the continuous development of clinical legal education and the reform of legal education in China.So this article tries to analyze those problems and find effective countermeasures.
