美国法学教育理念与模式对我国之启示

美国法学“小司法”的教育理念,决定了美国法学教育职业培养与职业目标一致性的突出特征,决定了美国初级法律学历教育的定位,也决定了美国法学是以实践教学为主体,采用案例教学的典型的经验化的教育模式。我国法学教育必须以转变教育理念为切入点,进行教育改革;法学教育模式的现代化选择,一是淡化理论的讲授,二是加强法律技能的训练。
