| 摘 要： | 中小学实行校长负责制后，校长的权力如何有效的使用和控制，显得十分重要。文章通过对校长负责制的简要分析，提出了校长权力的自我调控、制度调控和法律调控的观念，已期达到完善校长负责制的目的。

| Abstract: | After the application of the headmaster-in-charge system, how to use and regulate the headmasters' power effectively appears extremely important in primary and secondary schools. This paper put forward a viewpoint of the self-regulation, system regulation, and law regulation through a short and simple analysis of the headmaster-in-cherge system, hoping to reach the aim of perfecting the headmaster-in-charge system. |
