| 摘 要： | 从学科的性质来说，法理学的理论性较强，但法学教育本身所具有的特点使得法理学不可能脱离实践而发展，因而在法理学教学过程中要注意理论与实践的结合，这就要求在教学理念、目的和教学方法上进行相应的调整。

| Abstract: | Seen from the subject property, nomology has stronger theoretical features, but limited by the features of law education, the nomoloy education is not possible to develop without practice, so that we should combine practice with theory in the teaching process of nomology. We should make some regulations in teaching idea and method to meet that requirement. |
