| 摘 要： | 法学专业毕业生素质与现实需求之间还存在极大的距离,社会对法学教育人才的培养质量提出了更高的要求。因此,探讨新时代背景下社会需求对法学教育培养目标的确立、社会需求对法科学生培养的要求以及探索当前法学教育的改革思路,是法学专业教育亟待解决的重要问题。

| Abstract: | The society set a higher request for the training of law professionals,because it has the enormous distance between the quality of law graduates and the realistic demand,so it is an important problem demanding prompt solution during the current law professional education that discuss the training goal's establishment of law education,requirements of training students as well as the reform of law education under new times background. |
