Abstract:With a view to meeting the demand for professionals that have proficiency in handing cross-border legal affairs,the legal education of China should aim to cultivate a group of law professionals who have a good command of cross-cultural communication,law,law practice,broad vision and professional ethics.The actual demand of China and some other influencing factors determine that bilingual teaching of law is the main and feasible approach to cultivate the international law professionals.Bilingual teaching of law should be positioned as a teaching model of elite education and thus the curriculum should be designed in line with such positioning,which are justified by the aim of bilingual teaching of law and the diversified demand for law professionals in China.
