中国法学本科教育的反思

21世纪的今天,法律人才日益成为社会亟需的通用人才,更是我国扩大市场经济、建设民主和法治国家的主干人才。然而作为培育法律人才的我国法学本科教育目前却存在诸多的问题,这些问题能否得到及时、妥善的解决直接关系到人们对法学教育本身和法律的看法,更关系到人们法律信仰的形成。因此,加强对我国法学本科教育问题的研究意义重大。

Rethinking of Education of Law Undergraduate Course in China

Nowadays in the 21 century,the professionals of law is becoming ones in common use the society urgently need and also principal ones China need when expanding market economy and building a democratic and legal China.However,currently there exist many problems in the education of law undergraduate course in China which cultivates the professionals of law.It is directly related to people's comments on law education itself and on law,and to the formation of people's law belief whether such problems can be timely and appropriately solved or not.Therefore,it is significant to strengthen research on problems of the education of law undergraduate course in China.
