| 摘 要： | 市场经济对法学专业的毕业生提出了很高的要求，它不仅要求法科学生具有扎实的法学和经济学知识，而且要求法科学生具有很强的实践能力。“一枝硬笔、一张铁嘴”形象地表述了实践能力的具体内容。法学教育应当适应这一形势的要求，从教师的应用、课程的设置到教学方法和教学的硬件建设，都应围绕着培养法科学生的实践能力这一中心来进行，使法科学生在走向社会时，适应法律工作，创造灿烂的未来。
