摘 要: | 教师团队学习对学校的发展尤为重要,而信任是团队学习得以顺利进行的必要保障。本文从团队成员、团队领导、学校三个层面分析了信任对教师团队学习的影响机制以及教师团队信任的培养策略,提出了研究信任如何影响教师团队学习的新视角。
