| Abstract: | Through the explanation of the interrelation of modern distance education and the construction of legal system, the problems and causes of the construction of the legal system in Xishuanghanna minority nationality areas have been analyzed and the measures to improve the construction of the legal system in this area through the distance education have been put forward. The theory of law and its instruction and practice through the distance education in the area have been explored so as to provide valuable theoretic basis for the reform of instructional model of open education and the construction of the legal system in this area as well as in the minority nationality areas throughout China. |
