| 摘 要： | 法学教育和社会需求之间存在三对主要矛盾,即精英教育的培养理念与实用型人才的社会需求之间的矛盾,法学教育招生规模的扩大与法学专业学生就业难的矛盾,供过于求的现象与供不应求的实质之间的矛盾。解决这些矛盾,要转变法学教育理念,调整法学教育模式。

| Abstract: | Three are there contradictions between the legal education and social requirement?The first one is the contradiction between the idea of cultivation excellent men and the demand that the society need practical employees?The second contradiction exists between the enlarging of legal special students and the lessening of their been employed?The third contradiction exists between the phenomenon that supplying transcends demanding and the essence that the supplying can not meet the social need?This paper analysis the reasons of these contradictions and try to solve them? |
