| Abstract: | Three areas refers to campus of institutes of higher learnings,science park of universities,and local communities.Three areas linkage refers to the integration and the common development of the three areas.One may use the scientific and talent resources of campuses to establish innovative service systems in the science park of universities,and further integrate into the local economic construction and social development,thus realize the final goal of co-development of the three areas. |
