| 摘 要： | 近几年，我国大学科技园区的建设取得了巨大的成就，但园区建设总体上尚处于起步阶段，特别是在针对科技园区配置高校资源的过程中还存在着诸多矛盾。探寻高校资源配置的合理机制，对实现高校与大学科技园区的双赢共荣具有重大意义。

Especially there are some conflicts in the process of allocating resources of universities to science parks. Exploration of reasonable mechanism of universities resource allocation is provided with great significance both to universities and to science parks. |
