| 摘 要： | 在Web2.0网络时代,用户会收集各种来源的数字资源,加以混合、拼贴出新作品,所以网络著作权的问题一直存在。本文在分析web2.0与创作共用协议的内容基础上,探讨了web2.0与创作共用协议之间的关系,认为web2.0的许多特性和创作共用协议相互影响,创作共用协议是为了解决web2.0应用模式所遇到的著作权难题而应运而生的产物。

| Abstract: | In the age of Web 2.0,users collect many kinds of digit contents to remix and compose of new works.Immediately,the dispute about copyright occurs to works.Based on the analysis of the content of Creative Commons License and Web2.0,this article discusses the relationship between Web2.0 and Creative Commons License.The author consider many characteristics of Web2.0 and Creative Commons License interact,so Creative Commons License is to solve application mode of copyright of Web2.0. |
