摘    要:当今的人类正陷入科技发展的二难困境之中。人类要走出科技发展的二难泥沼,既不能仅仅祈灵于科技自身的发展,也不能靠遏制、取消科技的进步。严酷的现实迫使我们必须走一条新路———科学技术的可持续发展之路。但是,这是一条充满艰难和曲折的路。其中,不仅有科技"政治化"的影响、科技"商业化"的制约、科技"私有化"的阻碍、人类认识局限的限制,还有破缺的文化观念的束缚。为了实现科学技术的可持续发展,我们必须更新观念,重塑科技工作者的社会责任,加强科技立法与科技伦理建设,大力进行科学普及,提高公众科技参与度。

Abstract:Today the Men are immersed in the dilemma of the development of science and technology. The Men must resort to the method of the sustainable development of science and technology beyond the only dependence on the development of science and technology themselves and the hindrance or cancellation of advancement of science and technology in order to come out of the dilemma and face the serious situation. But it is full of hardships and setbacks. Among them, there are the influence of politics on, the restriction of business over, the prohibition of privatization for, the limitation of human reorganization on the development of science and technology and the handicap of cultural concepts. In order to realize the sustainable development of development of science and technology, we must do such things as innovating the ideas, reconstructing the social responsibility of the scientific and technological workers, strengthening law and ethics of development of science and technology and making efforts to spread the science so as to improving the participation in development of science and technology of the public.
