| Abstract: | Based on the functions of formal contrasts in firms, the paper analyzes the relationship between action bodies controlled by firms' formal contrasts, and expounds innovative characteristics of action bodies under different kinds of state-contingent ownership. It interprets the inherent logic that official actions promote innovative behavior. |
