Social Network Contraction Cost Analysis Based on the Perspective of Institution

It is generally considered that social network can reduce transaction cost, which treat social network as a kind of capital. In fact, as an alternative institution, social network itself can also lead to transaction cost. Due to social network effects’ dependency, uncertainty and assets exclusiveness, only through improving market mechanism and making the individuals ’ social network organized, can we effectively decrease social network transaction cost.
