摘    要:界定工业绿色制造的内涵,构建区域工业绿色制造水平评价指标体系,涵盖绿色生产、绿色排放、绿色科技和绿色质效4个方面。使用熵权法和TOPSIS法对30个地区工业进行实证研究。研究发现,影响工业绿色制造水平的重要因素是绿色产品、SO2、绿色制造发明专利、煤耗和绿色制造科技奖。研究表明,中国工业绿色制造水平整体一般,"很高"的地区只有北京和广东;"较高"的地区只有山东和上海;安徽等4个地区为"一般";其余22个地区为"较低"和"很低";东部地区优于中部和西部。最后提出增强区域工业绿色制造水平的建议。

Evaluation Study of Regional Industrial Green Manufacturing Level Based on Entropy Weight and TOPSIS
Abstract:Industry is the main battlefield of regional green manufacturing. To scientifically evaluate the level of regional industrial green manufacturing is of far-reaching significance for promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and enhancing industrial international competitiveness. This paper defines the connotation of green manufacturing and establishes the evaluation index system of regional industrial green manufacturing level, which covers four aspects: green production, green emission, green science and technology and green quality effect. An Empirical Study on 30 regional industries was carried out by using the method of entropy weight and TOPSIS based on the data of 2017. The study found that the important factors affecting the level of green manufacturing are green products, SO2, green manufacturing invention patents, coal consumption and green manufacturing technology awards. The results show that the overall level of green manufacturing in China is general, and the "high" areas are only Beijing and Guangdong; the "high" areas are only Shandong and Shanghai; the four areas such as Anhui are "general"; the other 22 areas are "low" and "very low"; the eastern region is superior to the central and western regions. Finally, combined with the important influencing factors, some suggestions are put forward to enhance the green manufacturing level of regional industry.
