| 摘 要： | 科技法制与科技文化建设是共和国科技进步的重要保障。学界在科技法制与科技文化方面开展大量的、富有成效的研究同时，也存在一定的不足：缺乏共和国科技法制建设历史演化和科技文化历史发展的系统考察，缺乏科技法制建设的文化背景与文化功能的深入挖掘，缺乏科技文化事件的深入挖掘，尤其是不重视科技法制与科技文化的关系史研究。通过分析共和国科技史上一些具有代表性的科技事件来探讨法治科技观的形成和发展，不仅可以弥补上述不足，而且是研究共和国科技史的一个向度。
