河南省中小学体育骨干教师成才因素研究

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和统计法对河南省中小学体育骨干教师的成才因素进行研究.研究结果表明:专业知识、学校重视程度、教育能力、专业人格、事业心和意志、自学能力、社交能力是重要的成才因素.建议以此为依据,进行骨干教师的选拔和开展培训工作.

Research on the Influence Factors of the Primary and Middle Schools P.E.Core Teachers' Culturing in Henan

The analysis was made on the influence factors of the primary and middle schools P.E. core teachers' training with the methods of literature study,investigation and mathematical statistics. The results show: professional knowledge, value level of school, teaching ability, dedication, strong will,teach oneself ability interaction ability were the most important seven factors which affect one's becoming of a personnel. And corresponding suggestions were put forward to select and train core teachers.
