新疆少数民族地区中小学体育资源配置现状调查与分析

采用问卷调查、专家访谈、文献资料等研究方法对新疆少数民族地区中小学体育资源配置现状进行调查研究。统计分析发现:体育人力资源匮乏;场地设施严重不足且在教学中利用率低;体育经费来源渠道单一且无法得到保障;校内外民族、民间传统体育项目开设、开展活动及其有限。为改善少数民族地区中小学体育教育滞后的现状提供理论依据。

Investigation And Analysis On The Present Situation Of Resource Allocation Of School Physical Education In Xinjiang Minority Regions

This article uses the questionnaire survey,expert interviews,literature and other research methods and investigates primary and secondary status of allocation of sports resources in Xinjiang minority areas.Statistical analysis shows that a serious shortage of sports human resources and facilities and use rate in teaching is low;physical source of funding is limited and can not be guaranteed.There is restriction on the national,folk traditional sports project activities. It provides a theoretical basis for improving the status of minority areas lag of school physical education.
