The author considered that physical activity after class should have been paid much attention in colleges and universities.Department of PE in Chinese colleges and universities must base body and psycholo-gy characteristic of students to develop physical activity after class.It is important to improve the level of the management ,form and content of physical activity after class.It could increase quality of physical activity after class.
