| 摘 要： | 从“田径是基础”,田径教学的好坏直接影响体育类中专学校专业实践课教学任务的完成入手,提出了体育类中专学校田径教学中应注意的几个问题,并针对体育中专生特点,适宜多用中,小负荷的动力性练习,优先发展小关节、小肌肉群。
