宿迁市中小学学校体育中体力活动要素的现状调查与对策研究

运用文献资料、问卷调查、测量及数理统计等研究方法，对宿迁市中小学学生体力活动要素——早操情况、体育与健康课和课外体育活动发放问卷进行调查，并且对这些体力活动要素的现状进行统计与分析，结果显示：宿迁市中小学学校体育中体力活动因素开展的并不均衡，尤其体育与健康课和课外体育活动开展的相对滞后，建议相关部门加强对学校体育中体力活动因素的重视，加大对学校场地器材的投入及增强体育教师的素质，以此增加学生体力活动量，增强学生的体质。

The Investigation And Countermeasures Of Ele- ments Of Physical Activity In Primary And Secondary Schools In Suqian City

The study using the methods of materials, questionnaires, measure and mathematical statistics makes a research on the elements of physical activity in physical education of primary and secondary schools in Suqian city. These elements included rooming exercises, sports and health courses, and extra - curricular sports activities. The results show that the development of the elements of physical activity in physical educa- tion of primary and secondary scho3ls in Suqian city don＇ t achieve a balance, especially, the development of sports and health courses and extra - curricular sports activities relatively lagged for behind. It suggested that the related department should attach great importance to the elements of physical activity in physical education of primary and secondary schools, increase the investment in the field and equipment of primary and secondary schools and strengthen the teachers＇ quality so as to increase the students＇ physical activity behaviors and en- hance their constitution.
