摘    要:通过对30名低体重女大学生采用有氧练习与力量训练组合的训练方案锻炼12周,结果显示有氧练习与力量训练组合的锻炼方式对改善低体重女大学身体形态是有一定效果的。

Abstract:There are 30 female college students of the low body weight who will take aerobic exericise along with strength excise for 12 weeks.The conclusion shows that the combination of aerobic exercise and strength training can improve the physical quality of a female college student.
