| 摘 要： | 阐述了大学体育教学中实施心理健康教育的意义及该课程对心理健康的影响,并分析大学生心理疾病的主要类型及成因,对体育教学中实施心理健康教育的途径进行了探讨,为全面推进素质教育,充分发挥体育在心理健康教育中的优势和作用,提高学生的健康水平提供参考。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the significance of employing mental health education in college P.E. teaching and its effect on mental health as well.In analyses the main types and causes of the mental illnesses of college students.The (paper) also studies the approaches to employing mental health education in P.E. teaching with a view to providing references for advancing quality-oriented education in all aspects,completely exerting the superiority and influence of P.E. teaching on mental health education,and improving students healthy level. |
